Reflexology is the practice if stimulating reflex points on the hands and feet to produce a positive response in the related organs and systems in the body. The practice of reflexology dates back thousands of years to ancient Egyptian times as well as traditional Chinese medicine.

It can also improve circulation and blood flow in the body and assist in detoxification processes that naturally occur in the body. The treatment begins with an aromatherapy foot soak to soften the feet and increase circulation and blood flow to the area. A light cream is then applied throughout the massage to reduce friction on the skin. Pressure can be light or deep depending upon your personal preference. This treatment makes a great additional treatment to a Naturopathic or Nutritional Consultation to help improve the body's healing ability, improve circulation and lymphatic drainage and reduce stress but can give a great therapeutic effect as a stand alone treatment.
